1. Please note this is a TELEHEALTH clinic located in the DFW, TX area. We do not have a physical clinic location.

2. New patients please make an appointment below and advise which consultation you are requesting (weight loss, peptide or minor illness treatment)

3. Existing patients please click the “existing patient” tab above or use your Charm Health Patient App (iPhone or Android) for access to your account.  

4. Patients can download the Charm Health Portal App from the App store store for iPhone or Android smart phones for easier access.
