Medication price varies on the pharmacy we use (med cost + shipping + syringe supplies if applicable).

Services for minor consultations (such as sore throat, sinusitis, cold/flu).

Chronic medical issues should be managed by your primary care physician.

1. New patient's may schedule an appointment in the Patient Portal tab. Existing patients use the patient portal tab or download the Charm Health app for quick and convenient access.

2. Intake/patient forms will be emailed to you to complete prior to your appointment electronically.
